Flag registration, inspections, technical management and crewing for shipowners worldwide — delivered by people who have run the ships themselves.
Every request lands at one of three desks — maritime, technical or personnel. Combine them into a management model tailored to your fleet's trading pattern and commercial conditions.
01 — Maritime
Registration, consulting, inspections and full ship management.
02 — Technical
Keeping vessels certified, maintained and upgraded — with crisis cover.
03 — Personnel
Recruiting, managing and training the crew that runs your ship.
Merchant ships and yachts — provisional and permanent registration, mortgages, certificates and re-flagging, with the paperwork kept to the minimum each registry allows.
Before founding SSG, our team progressed from Technical and Marine Superintendents to Fleet Technical Managers, Fleet Marine Managers and QA & Vetting Managers — in leading ship management companies and in smaller, family-run shipping businesses.
Complete planning and monitoring of additional and retrofit equipment — several quotes for each tender position, plus ship-specific crew instructions for daily use and maintenance.

In-depth technical and operational consultations around the clock — reducing the cost and workload of your office staff. Including "on-call" crisis management for emergency repairs and PSC detentions.
Our specialist visits the vessel and collects technical information, manufacturers' manuals, circulars and diagrams of key mechanisms.
The ship and the office are assigned their own line for 24/7 technical support.
Planned maintenance, audits, budgets, spare parts and bunkering guidance — including de-bunkering of contaminated fuel.
The team consists of seasoned professionals who served as Masters and Chief Engineers before moving to shore-based positions. That is why we solve complex maritime problems from both sides of ship operations.
